The role: We are currently recruiting a Business Development Manager Liverpool Plains and NE NSW to join our team. This great opportunity will see you work closely with our customers and bringing to solutions to their changing needs.

How You’ll Help Us Grow

Build and execute a practical, data‑driven territory plan aligned with national and regional strategies

  • Develop growth plans with Channel Partners, Growers and Influencers

  • Maintain accurate customer insights in Salesforce

  • Build strong relationships across your territory and represent Nufarm at local industry events

  • Provide market and customer feedback into marketing and commercial initiatives

  • Drive adoption of Nufarm’s differentiated products

  • Plan and lead impactful customer meetings and demand‑generation activities

  • Demonstrate on‑farm product value and technical advantages

  • Model safe behaviours and uphold Nufarm’s RARE values with a proactive mindset

What you'll bring:

You’re an excellent communicator with exceptional negotiation skills who brings prior experience within a customer centric role, ideally within the Agricultural industry. You’re comfortable operating in an agile environment and you enjoy variety in a role and have a passion for customer excellence.
