This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Distribution Centre Supervisor to join our busy, high-performing DC team. In this full-time role, you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional operational performance, leading teams, and ensuring our DC runs safely, efficiently and in line with daily targets.

A typical day might look like:
Overseeing day-to-day operations across inbound, inventory, picking and outboundLeading and coaching Team Leaders and DC team members to achieve daily KPIs and service standards
Planning shift resources to meet operational demand, including nights, weekends or peak periodsIdentifying issues, troubleshooting problems and escalating matters to the DCM where required
Ensuring a clean, safe and compliant work environment at all times
Providing clear, regular communication to staff and stakeholders
Supporting the processing of stock, orders, and workflow as needed
Developing end-of-shift reports and handovers for the management team
Assisting with administration tasks such as employee hours, documentation and supplier service verification
Contributing to improvements in people, process and cost efficiencies

About you
Minimum 5 years experience in a Distribution Centre or similar operational environment
Prior experience leading teams in a cross-functional warehouse environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
Strong organisational capability — able to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines
Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
Operational and commercial acumen, with a drive for continuous improvement
Resilient, adaptable and comfortable managing changing priorities
Values-driven, leading by example in Safety, Teamwork, Accountability, Respect, Integrity and Service
