Join the WSB Distributors Team – Heavy Diesel Mechanic (Loxton / Murray Mallee)
WSB Distributors, a third-generation family business and trusted name in agricultural and industrial machinery, is seeking a qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join our Loxton branch and support customers across the Riverland and Murray Mallee.
At WSB, we pride ourselves on delivering reliable service, strong aftersales support, and maintaining long-standing relationships with farmers and machinery owners. This full-time role suits someone who is confident on the tools and ready to work independently while representing the business professionally in the field.
About You
You’re motivated, reliable, and take pride in your work. You understand the importance of good customer service and can communicate clearly with farmers and operators. You’re comfortable working on your own, managing your workload, and travelling across the Riverland and Murray Mallee as needed.
Key attributes include:
Trade qualification in Heavy Diesel
Experience with heavy diesel and agricultural machinery
Ability to work independently and problem-solve on site
Friendly, professional communication skills
Reliability, punctuality, and strong time management
Willingness to learn and grow within the role
2–3 years’ post-apprenticeship experience (preferred but not essential)
Automotive air-conditioning licence or HC licence (advantageous)
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair heavy diesel and agricultural machinery
Carry out field service work across the region
Deliver a professional, customer-focused experience
Work within the branch team and support colleagues as required
Maintain clear job records and service documentation
