Spicers Creek Wind Farm is located on Wiradjuri Country, north‑east of Wellington in the Central‑West Orana Renewable Energy Zone. The proposed ~700 MW project comprises up to 117 6MW wind turbines with potential for battery energy storage; NSW planning and EPBC approvals have been secured, and the project was selected under the federal Capacity Investment Scheme.

Project Controls Manager
Leads and ensures best-practice project controls systems and processes across the project, spanning schedule, cost, change, risk, and document control/administration, and produces integrated reporting across cost/schedule/progress/variance/risk/opportunities. The PD also notes coordination with the Project Controls / governance community of practice and providing senior leadership/PMO updates on contractor performance and commercial impacts (e.g., variations/EOT effects on EAC).
Cost Controller
Provides project cost performance analysis and supports compliant cost attribution, financial control and reporting across budgeting, forecasting, accruals/journals, cashflow monitoring, payment claims, and budget/cost variations. The PD emphasises alignment between budget/commitment/cost, ensuring payments relate to approved contracts/claims/variations per delegations, and producing detailed, risk-assessed forecasts at cost-code level with Finance.
Project Scheduler
Owns and maintains the project’s Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), integrating scope/interfaces/milestones/dependencies, tracking progress vs baseline, and producing schedule reporting (progress, lookaheads, metrics/dashboard inputs). The PD also calls out integrating contractor progress/approved changes, assessing EOT claims, and aligning schedule data with cost/risk for integrated reporting/EVM-style outcomes.
Contract Admin
Supports contract administration and operational readiness by implementing consistent processes, maintaining contract records/files, preparing contract documentation/notices/agreements, and facilitating approvals under delegation. The PD also includes supporting procurement activities (documentation and sourcing processes), tracking contract information in systems/tools, and assisting with reporting/change management and budget/forecasting support
Contract Manager
Controls and governs contract administration methods/procedures, produces commercial reporting/assessments to support decisions that improve profitability, and identifies/mitigates commercial exposure through proactive issue escalation. The PD highlights ensuring contracts are managed per legal/commercial policies, supporting monthly cost processing, monitoring subcontractor/supplier performance where needed, and participating in procurement (strategy, tender assessments, negotiations, award recommendations).
