This is an exciting opportunity for a Workforce Planner to join our high-performing Distribution Centre team. In this full-time, salaried role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our labour hire workforce, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, and contributing to a safe and efficient environment.

A typical day might look like:
Managing day‑to‑day relationships with Labour Hire agencies
Coordinating rosters, schedules, inductions, and probation reviews
Ensuring staffing levels align with operational needs, including responding to last‑minute changes
Assisting Supervisors and Management with recruitment and administration for team member roles
Monitoring labour hire performance and providing timely feedback through the appropriate channels
Ensuring services delivered align accurately with invoice details
Maintaining payroll data, processing leave, and supporting general administrative tasks
Managing and overseeing the Safety Management System (SolveSafety)
Supporting a safe workplace through proactive safety administration
Coordinating wellness programs and promoting team engagement

About you
Experience within Warehouse, Logistics, or Retail environments
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
Proactive approach with strong problem‑solving capability
Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams, external customers, and suppliers
Skilled in Microsoft Office suiteAdaptability and resilience in a dynamic operational environment
High attention to detail, particularly in scheduling, payroll, and administrative processes
