Apprenticeships involve paid study and Apprentices receive a dual qualifications of Nursery Professional & Horticulturist at the end of their 2 year Apprenticeship.

The Horticultural Apprentice role predominately includes:

• Garden Centre and Plant Maintenance

• Customer Service and Horticultural advice

• Studying Horticulture through TAFE & Project work

The work at our Garden Centre is very satisfying and good for the body and soul. Our Mosman Garden Centre is very busy with an experienced motivated team with multiple experienced Horticulturists to guide you during your Apprenticeship to ensure that you graduate with strong skills and lots of career opportunities.

The role will suit someone who is reliable, punctual, professional, commited to learning and self improvement, able to follow instruction and enjoys the garden/outdoor environment.

Pay: $14.40 – $32.00 per hour
