5. For Employers

As an employer using our Service, you agree to:

5.1 Job Posting Standards

5.2 Prohibited Postings

You may not post jobs that:

  • Require payment from applicants
  • Are pyramid schemes or MLM opportunities
  • Involve illegal activities
  • Misrepresent the nature of the work
  • Violate visa or immigration laws

6. Content & Conduct

6.1 User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

6.2 Content Standards

7. Intellectual Property

8. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service require payment. All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

8.2 Payment Processing

We use third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

8.3 Refunds

Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Job posting fees are generally non-refundable once a posting is live.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUSSIE FARM JOBS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUSSIE FARM JOBS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aussie Farm Jobs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your access to or use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Any content you post or submit

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
