About the Role
We are seeking applications from Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to join our casual bank to predominantly work across our nine residential aged care communities (Jack Lonsdale Lodge, James Thomas Court, Eureka Village Hostel, Geoffrey Cutter Centre, WB Messer, PS Hobson, Hailey House, Talbot Place and Bill Crawford Lodge) with some opportunities to work in Acute and Sub-Acute. Casual Bank allows you to enjoy the flexibility to accept work around your current lifestyle and a variety of areas where you could work.

As an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse at Grampians Health, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care to our residents adhering to the highest standards.

Casual bank is managed by the Central Allocations Unit which operates 7 days a week. Grampians Health uses an electronic rostering system that matches staff for shifts based on their availabilities via text/phone call.

You will be required to provide 2 referees, one being your current direct manager and the second, another manager/supervisor.

To maintain your position with the Central Allocations Unit, a commitment of 2 shifts per week is required.

This position is paid in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2024 - 2028. The classification is Enrolled Nurse Grade 2 (IB68 - IB72) which ranges from $36.59 - $38.93 per hour.
