About The Role

An exciting opportunity has recently arisen for a Grade 1 Physiotherapist (graduate or experienced) to join our dynamic and expanding Physiotherapy workforce at GV Health, in a rotational position.

We have opportunities for the following rotations:

  • Surgical
  • Medical
  • Outpatients
  • Respiratory
  • ICU
  • Subacute (Rehabilitation, GEM & Palliative Care)
  • Community Rehabilitation
  • Leave reliever

There may also be opportunities to rotate / work in other areas such a paediatrics, maternity/women’s health, rural allied health team & the emergency department (ED).

No matter what your Physiotherapy career goals may be, a regional hospital-based position in our public health service will equip you with the skills needed for a strong career start. Build confidence and gain experience under the supervision of senior Physiotherapists highly skilled in cardiothoracic, neurological and musculoskeletal physiotherapy.

Our team consists of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and Allied Health Assistance who are responsible for providing services to the acute & subacute wards, and also the outpatient and community rehabilitation services.

Relocating to Our Region

Relocation incentives may be available to the successful applicant for this role, including relocation & accommodation support.

Relocation Support:

  • Intrastate (over 100kms) - up to $2,500
  • Interstate - up to $5,000
  • Overseas - up to $8,000

Accommodation Support:

  • Up to $350 per week up to 10 weeks; or
  • 10 weeks interim GVH Accommodation (if available)

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
