Horticulture Grower (Multiple Locations)

With operations across VIC and NSW (including Warragul, Tatura, Mansfield, Katunga, Ravenhall, Epping, and Woolgoolga), we grow, market and supply top-quality produce year-round, driven by innovation, sustainability, and a passionate team.

We’re seeking experienced Horticulture Growers to support our Senior Growers in implementing crop strategies, managing teams, and delivering production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate crop strategies from planting to harvest
• Oversee horticultural operations and quality control
• Monitor and report on crop health, water quality, pests, and fertiliser use
• Manage stock, maintenance, and labour budgets
• Lead and train team members, manage rosters, and ensure WHS compliance
• Use grower/climate software to manage climate risk and production efficiency

About You:

• Cert III/IV in Horticulture + 3 years’ experience, or 5+ years’ relevant experience
• Current forklift licence
• Strong leadership, computer and problem-solving skills
• Physically fit and comfortable working in warm climates
• Available for on-call roster work
