The Role
This is a great role, working in an award winning production Nursery, working with an excellent succesful and experienced team.
This role is open to Qualified Horticulturists, Experienced Nurserymen or Apprentice Applicants.
The work at our growing Nursery is very satisfying, low stress and good for the body and soul. Our Nursery is located bordering the national park and neighbouring another Nursery. There is plenty of car parking available and the shifts are a pleasant 7:30am-4:00pm.
Applicants with experience will be offered appropriate role and reimbursement.
Enthusiastic entry level applicants may be offered a Nursery Apprenticeship.This is a role for a dynamic young person looking to start an exciting, challenging and rewarding job in the Green sector.
The Production Nursery role predominately includes:
Nursery and Plant Maintenance (Cleaning, Watering, Pruning, Weeding, Fertilising)
Plant production (Potting & Propogation)
Order picking
Our Apprentices graduate Horticulture with industry experience, and often are often rewarded for their success with industry scholarships and development opportunities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week

- Nursery, Landscape or Gardening: 1 year (Preferred)

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Previous experience in agricultural work preferred
- Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
