Our Carinup farm is situated in the eastern wheatbelt region of Western Australia. The farm starts 30km south of the township of Lake Grace and finishes approximately 15km south of Pingrup, covering 15,000 arrable ha. Lake Grace has everything you need, such a primary school, high school, a hospital and swimming pool. The position comes with accommodation and a work ute.

Job Description
What does a Machinery Operator at Warakirri Cropping do?
- You will be operating farm machinery, including but not limited to, tasks associated with spraying, paddock preparation, planting, spreading, cartage and harvest. Depending on the experience you bring we will help you get there.
- At Warakirri Cropping you get to work with the newest equipment and innovative technology and using these, you will observe and monitor crop health and progress.
- Assisting with the testing and recording of grain quality as well as the safe storage and handling of grain during and post-harvest.

Qualifications
Do you recognise yourself in the following statements?You have a demonstrated track-record of employment in a dryland/broadacre cropping operation.
- You have experience operating large-scale cropping plant and equipment.
- You have a strong focus on safety.You work best in a team environment and enjoy contributing to a successful farm team and kicking goals together.
- People pride you on your initiative and self-motivation. You have a current driver’s licence.
You have a current chemical user’s certificate and/or truck licence or, you are open to obtaining one through us. Truck licence is beneficial.
