The Role
We are currently seeking experienced Machinery Operators and General Farm Hands, joining a small team that reports directly to the Farm Manager. Key responsibilities will include: all tractor and farm machinery operations, irrigation, general farm duties, conducting regular maintenance, and repairs where necessary. MR/HR Driver’s licence would be highly regarded, as would a forklift ticket.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Previous experience in agricultural work preferred
- Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license (essential)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
