️ About the Role

You’ll take full ownership of park operations, including guest service, financial performance, team leadership, and compliance. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be visible and involved in the day-to-day, as well as big-picture strategy.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and developing a high-performing team across reception, housekeeping, maintenance, and grounds
  • Creating a strong, positive workplace culture
  • Managing the park’s P&L, budgeting, and revenue growth
  • Overseeing asset care, compliance, safety, and presentation
  • Collaborating with key support office stakeholders (HR, revenue, marketing)
  • Being available for after-hours operational responsibilities

About You

You’re a capable, confident leader with strong hospitality or accommodation management experience and a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.

You’ll bring:

  • Strong, results-driven leader — accommodation experience preferred, but top performing managers from other industries will be highly valued
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial skills
  • Proven ability to train, develop, and support team performance
  • Confidence with MS Office and systems like RMS (or similar)
  • A hands-on approach and flexible mindset
  • A current driver’s licence
  • Willingness to live on site as part of the package

This role may require heavy lifting (up to 20kg), kneeling, squatting, and working with chemicals and machinery.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Previous experience in agricultural work preferred
  • Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
