SAP Australia is looking for a highly experienced individual to join our Customer Services and Delivery team, who has with deep experience of the SAP Agriculture Solution and a well-established career in solution design and delivery of innovative SAP solutions. You will be based in Australia and will have the opportunity to work with customers across Australia, the APAC region and globally.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

We are seeking a Principal Agriculture Consultant who is able to demonstrate the following attributes:

• Have an excellent understanding of agricultural business processes and operations
• Have deep significant and professional experience in the SAP Agriculture Solution
• Possess an ability to comprehend and apply your knowledge of agricultural business processes to SAP Agriculture Solutions
• Be able to provide thought leadership to our customers on industry leading and best practices regarding agricultural process and system implementations
• Be capable of creating and implementing critical, complex and innovative solutions and services for our customers in the Agriculture Industry.
• Be able to lead a team and make recommendations in the design and implementation of SAP ACM solutions to meet strategic business goals and functional and financial objectives of our clients
• Be able to advise and recommend solutions and routes forward when complex and difficult design and technical challenges are encountered

ABOUT YOU:

You will have been working for on large-scale SAP Agriculture implementations and have been responsible for all scope aspects of the SAP deliverables, such as the Originate to Trade (OTT) solution design and architecture, providing input to the overall project plan. You will be able to lead and mentor a team of consultants to build, test and deploy the SAP ACM solutions, including the integration aspects between SAP ACM and the core S/4 HANA solution. You will have experience of liaising with customer senior leadership team, and SAP partners, where applicable, on key design decisions regarding solution build and deployment strategies.

Ideally you will have some experience of: Working with SAP product owners and development team on core development requirements; Experience of SAP Signavio process design activities; And security and role design. You will be able to take and apply this knowledge and experience to work with SAP clients looking to transform their requirements and business processes, using SAP tools and solutions.

You are a motivated ‘self-starter’, with a desire to succeed. You must have the skills to partner with a client to analyse and define business requirements, processes and objectives and to subsequently confirm a business process design. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to communicate with business leaders and subject matter experts and to lead them in designing world class solutions for their business. You will also have the ability to effectively organise your own and other team members time and deliverables to meet the desired outcomes sometimes against challenging timelines.

You will be expected to keep abreast of industry trends and to communicate well at all levels of an organisation including business, functional and technical client staff, and to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction with the SAP solutions. You will already be working as a member of a team, or as a team lead, and would provide team leadership and support to other team members.
