Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include

• Lead the development, review, and negotiation of variations to contracts, programs, and service agreements.
• Respond to queries and proactively resolve issues related to contracts, projects, and service delivery.
• Manage documentation and administrative processes related to contracts, projects, and services.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Provide informed advice to senior management on key issues and support the implementation of decisions.
• Oversee contractor performance and track changes or variations to work orders.
• Prepare, review, and submit detailed reports and documentation on project and organisational activities.
• Gather, interpret, and report on project data to assess progress and outcomes.
• Support office operations, including planning and coordinating new accommodation or relocations as needed.
