About the role
Viterra is looking for multiple skilled Recruitment Administrators to join our team on a 4-month contract. In this vital role, you will support the recruitment of over 1,500 harvest casuals, contributing directly to one of our busiest and most important seasonal operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in high-volume recruitment within a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Duties
- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, providing timely and accurate information throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Book medical appointments for selected candidates and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate training sessions for hired candidates, ensuring all necessary materials and resources are available.
- Conduct visa checks to ensure candidates meet legal requirements for employment.
About you
- Previous experience in a recruitment or administrative role is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with candidates and hiring managers.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling candidate information and documentation.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and business needs.
