What’s the role?

This is your chance to lead with purpose and shape the future of business banking across Northern NSW. As our Regional General Manager, you’ll guide a team of passionate business bankers who are all about helping Aussie SMEs and Small Businesses thrive. You’ll be out in the community, building real relationships, and driving innovation that makes a difference. This is a full-time leadership role with plenty of variety, challenge, and impact—based in beautiful Northern NSW.

What do I need?

We’re after someone who’s bold, strategic, and ready to lead from the front. Here’s what will help you shine:

• A natural leader who inspires, coaches, and brings out the best in others
• Deep knowledge of business banking and credit, especially in the SME and Small Business space
• A commercial mindset with a sharp eye for risk and opportunity
• A love for building strong customer and community relationships
