What’s the role?

This is your chance to lead with purpose and shape the future of business banking across Northern NSW. As our Regional General Manager, you’ll guide a team of passionate business bankers who are all about helping Aussie SMEs and Small Businesses thrive. You’ll be out in the community, building real relationships, and driving innovation that makes a difference. This is a full-time leadership role with plenty of variety, challenge, and impact—based in beautiful Northern NSW.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Previous experience in agricultural work preferred
  • Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Valid driver's license (essential)
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
