Store Manager or Assitant Manager - Retail Garden Centre

The available Store Manager role is a wonderful position suited to an organised person who likes the outdoors and has a love for plants & the garden!

The work at our Garden Centre is very satisfying and good for the body and soul. Our Mosman Garden Centre is very busy with an experienced motivated team with multiple Horticulturists. We are well supported by clientele who visit a happy green space when they come to shop.

The Garden Centre Manager role predominately includes:

• Garden Centre and Plant Maintenance

• Customer Service, Sales and Horticultural advice

• Staff Management, Training and Development

• Business Administration: Invoice Processing, Banking, End of Day Settlement

The role will suit someone who is a loves plants & the outdoors, is a strong leader, reliable, punctual, professional, experienced in Retail and a good multi-tasker.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
