The Role

We are looking for Waitstaff who are able to work well in a fast paced environment and values being part of a supportive team while taking the greatest of care in looking after our guests.

· Have a strong knowledge of the food and drinks menu, daily specials and dietary requirements guidelines

· Identify and ensure that all guests wants and needs are meet and exceed expectations

· Be responsible of cash and credit card payments are attained and approved

· Collaborate closely with other team members

· Ensure opening and closing tasks and duties are completed satisfactory

· Attractive tips

This is a casual role. Full time positions are available for the right candidate.

Requirements

· 1 year experience as Waitstaff

· Valid Australian working rights

· Fluent English

· Excellent communication skills

· Positive can-do attitude

· Ability to work well under pressure

· Clean and well presented and attention to detail

· A positive attitude to customer service and teamwork

· Valid NSW RSA

· Late afternoon/evenings and weekends availability

The Role

• Have a strong knowledge of the food and drinks menu, daily specials and dietary requirements guidelines
• Guide guests through the menu and make suggestions and recommendations
• Identify and guarantee that all guests wants and need are meet and exceed expectations
• Take accurate food and drinks orders using POS system
• Check the quality and presentation of the dishes, making sure they uphold company standards
• Clearing and setting tables efficiently and hygienically
• Process payments effectively
• Collaborate closely with other team members
• Complete opening and closing tasks and duties

This is a casual role. Full time positions are available for the right candidate.

• Relevant Experience on a similar role
• Valid Australian working rights
• Fluent English
